- Your lead consultant records the request, preferred channel and agreed service scope.
- You receive the shortlist reasons, written price scope, limits and any referral relationship before choosing.
- Only after your approval do we ask the selected clinic to confirm the appointment and treating clinician.
- The clinic must confirm a human interpreter, language, attendance hours and handoff contact in writing. If it cannot, the booking is not represented as interpreter-supported.
- The lead consultant rechecks the plan before the visit and records the aftercare and escalation contacts.
A concern is logged with one owner, acknowledgement, the responsible clinic contact and the next update. Clinical emergencies still go to 119 or the treating clinic immediately.
