Clinic-by-clinic prices are being collected. Clinics that decline to publish a price are not listed. Until then the table above is the market range we observed.

What the days after actually look like
- Day 0–1Injection bumps across the treated area. Visible. Redness.
- Day 2–3Bumps flatten. Occasional bruising under the eyes.
- Week 3–4Result from one session. Book the next here.
- Month 2–3Collagen-stimulating products (Juvelook, PDLLA) reach their effect around now, not earlier.
Plan your trip around this. Clinics will book you whenever you ask; they will not reorganise your holiday for you.
Before and after

AfterEvery pair here was photographed on one day. The “after” shot is from the same visit, minutes after the treatment — not weeks or months later. That is fine for filler, where the result is immediate, and close to meaningless for a lifting device or a laser, where the result arrives at two to three months. Each photograph below says which it is. We put this at the top rather than in a footnote because it changes how you should read every image on this page.
Supplied by LUNN Dermatology Clinic (룬피부과의원) and published on the clinic's own site. Shot under the same lighting and angle, close-cropped so no face is fully visible — where that was not true of a pair, it says so on the photograph. Not retouched: we resized both halves identically and did nothing else. Results vary between people; these are individual cases, not what you should expect.
Still being confirmed: whether each patient's written consent covers publication on a site outside Korea. The clinic published these on its own Korean site with consent, and we are collecting the addendum that names this site. Any photograph whose patient withdraws comes down the same day, backups included.
Who should not have this
- You are in Korea for three days. Every booster is a course, and one session does very little.
- A clinic will not tell you the product name or the volume. “Premium booster” is not an answer.
- You want immediate volume. Boosters improve quality; fillers add volume. These are different jobs.
- You have a salmon allergy and are being offered a PDRN product such as Rejuran.
- You are being sold exosomes as proven. It is a newer category with thinner evidence — that may be fine, but you should be told.
Questions people actually ask
How much are skin boosters in Korea?
$35–$420 per session depending on the product. A basic water-shine booster is the cheapest; exosomes the most expensive.
Which skin booster should I get?
It depends on the concern. Rejuran for repair and thin skin, Profhilo for dehydration and laxity, Juvelook for gradual collagen. A clinic that recommends the same product to everyone is selling stock, not treatment.
How many sessions do I need?
Three for most products, spaced two to four weeks. One session on a short trip is rarely worth the money.
What is the downtime?
One to three days of visible injection bumps. Under-eye areas bruise more.
Are exosomes worth it?
They are newer with less published evidence than PDRN or HA. Some clinics report good results. Ask what the clinic has actually seen, and be sceptical of a large price premium on that basis alone.
Can I combine boosters with laser?
Commonly yes, usually laser first and injection after, or spaced by several days. Ask rather than assume — order matters.
