Compare the same scope
Ask whether consultations, tests, anaesthesia where applicable, prescribed items, follow-ups, interpretation and taxes are included. Get the scope and currency in writing. A lower headline amount may simply cover fewer services.
Know who you are paying
Separate the clinic’s medical fees from the facilitator’s or other providers’ non-medical service fees. Ask about referral relationships and make sure the cancellation and refund process identifies the responsible party.
Do not rely on a points promise
A future credit is not the same as cash today. Check eligibility, exclusions, expiry, refunds and actual availability. COMEDI’s renewed rewards programme is not active in this preview.
