START WITH THE CONCERN

Which one is for what you actually want?

Most people arrive with a product name from social media. The doctors we work with start from the concern instead, and sometimes the answer is a different treatment, or none.

BEFORE AND AFTER

Real patients, with the clinic named

Read this first: every pair below was photographed on one day. The “after” is minutes after treatment. For injected volume that is the result. For devices, lasers and botox it is not; the label on each photo says which.

RECOVERY AND YOUR FLIGHT

What the days after look like

  1. Botox, day 0–2

Small raised bumps at the injection points for a few hours. Occasional mild headache. Nothing visible by the next morning.

  2. Botox, week 1–2

The effect appears. Judge it here, not on day two.

  3. Filler, day 0–3

Swelling, sometimes bruising. Lips swell more than anywhere else — expect two or three days of looking overdone.

  4. Filler, week 2

Settled. This is the real result.

  5. Month 3–6

Botox wears off. Filler lasts 6–12 months depending on the area.

HONESTLY

When we would tell you not to book it

  • You fly home in two days and want lip filler. You will be swollen in every photo of the trip.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You want jaw botox to show on this trip. Masseter slimming takes four to six weeks.
  • A clinic quotes far below everyone else. Ask which product and how many units — a low price usually means fewer units, not a better deal.
  • You want a permanent nose change. Filler is temporary, and repeated filler makes later surgery harder.
  • You cannot name what bothers you and the clinic proposes five areas. Start with one.

HOW WE CHOOSE YOUR CLINIC

We vet the clinics first.
Then we match you to the doctor.

Seoul has hundreds of clinics selling Botox and fillers. We work with a short list that meets five conditions, and introduce you to the one or two doctors who fit your concern, your dates and your budget.

  1. 01

The consulting doctor is the treating doctor

We ask every clinic who actually holds the needle. A clinic that hands you to someone else after the consultation does not make our list.

  2. 02

Product, device and dose are named

“Premium booster” is not an answer. We only work with clinics that tell you the brand, the volume and the machine before you sit in the chair.

  3. 03

A written quote, per unit or per cc

So you can compare two clinics on the same scope rather than two totals that measure different things.

  4. 04

A doctor willing to say “not this”

We listen for it in consultations we sit in on. A clinic that agrees to everything is selling, not advising.

  5. 05

Someone to contact after you fly home

A named contact and channel for follow-up questions, agreed before treatment rather than discovered after.

  4. 04

    With you on the day

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK

Botox and fillers: the short answers

How much is botox in Korea?

About $15–$35 for one area with a Korean toxin at many clinics, up to about $110 for imported brands; $110–$260 for the three upper-face areas together. Ask for brand and units.

Is Korean botox the same as what I get at home?

Korea uses both imported brands and domestic toxins made to the same standard. Ask which one you are getting and how many units — units are what you are actually buying.

How much is lip filler in Korea?

About $65–$105 per 1cc for Korean HA fillers and $180–$320 for imported brands. Ask for the brand name rather than accepting “premium filler” as an answer.

Why is it cheaper than at home?

Volume and domestic toxin production. The same three-area session runs $400–$700 in the US. Units and product are comparable; the margin is not.

How long does it last?

Botox three to six months, often longer with repeat treatment. Filler six to twelve months — lips go faster than chin.

Can I have botox and filler in the same visit?

Yes, and most clinics do. Ask for filler first if you swell easily, so they can see the shape before botox changes how you move.

What is skin botox?

Heavily diluted toxin injected shallowly across the face, aimed at pores and oil rather than wrinkles. It is a separate treatment, priced separately.

Will I look frozen?

That is a dosing decision, not a country. Say you want movement kept and ask them to start conservative — more can be added, none can be removed.
