What the days after look like

You sit or lie down for about 20 to 60 minutes. Some drips feel slightly cold in the arm.
- After
A small plaster on the arm; a tiny bruise sometimes. You can go straight back to your day.

When we would tell you not to book it
- You have kidney, heart or liver problems, or take regular medicine, and have not told the doctor.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You expect it to treat an illness. See a doctor for that.
