Ranges observed across Seoul clinics in August 2026. Where a clinic is named in the table below, that clinic supplied the price directly.

Clinic-by-clinic prices are being collected. Clinics that decline to publish a price are not listed. Until then the table above is the market range we observed.

Rejuran in Korea: why we talk people out of it more often than into it

What the price covers, what one session actually does, and the two questions that tell you more about a clinic than any review page.

I have four days. Is one session worth it?

They quoted me double what my friend paid.

I fly home Sunday. Will people be able to tell?

We hear all three in almost every consultation we sit in on. The third one is the tell — it means the trip was booked first and the treatment second.

Let us start with the part most sites leave for the bottom of the page.

If you have four days in Seoul and this is your first Rejuran, one session on its own will probably disappoint you.

Not because the treatment underperforms.

Because Rejuran is a course of three to four sessions, two to four weeks apart, and a single session is not a smaller version of that result.

It is most of the recovery with very little of the payoff.

We say this knowing it costs us bookings.

We would rather tell you now than have you fly home wondering what you paid for.

So is one session pointless?

No — but be clear about what you are buying.

On damaged, thin or post-acne skin, one session does something measurable.

On skin that is already in decent condition, chosen because Rejuran is what Seoul is known for, it mostly buys you three days of small bumps on your face.

The way to find out which one you are is to ask the clinic directly whether a single session is worth it for your skin specifically.

A clinic that says “probably not, and here is what I would do instead with your four days” is a clinic worth booking.

A clinic that says yes to everything is selling, not advising.

That one answer

tells you more than

any review page will.

What are you actually paying for?

A full-face Healer session runs $95 to $190 across Seoul clinics, and most foreign patients land at $140 to $190 in Gangnam.

The price table further down breaks out every product in the line, and the names matter more than they look.

Healer, HB, HB Plus, Turnover and Eye are different formulations at different prices.

Being quoted for one while expecting another is the single most common source of the “why is my bill higher” conversation.

The other thing the number hides is dose.

Prices are quoted per 2cc, and not every clinic quotes the same dose.

The smaller number on the invoice is regularly the more expensive treatment.

Clinic A$110 for 1 cc
$110 per cc
Clinic B$180 for 2 cc
$90 per cccheaper
Two real quotes, reformatted. Clinic A looks $70 cheaper and costs 22% more per cc. Ask every clinic for the price per cc and this stops being a guess.

This is not a trick anyone is playing on foreign patients specifically.

Korean patients get quoted the same way, and dose genuinely varies with what you need.

But it does mean comparing two totals tells you almost nothing, and it is why a shortlist built from screenshots of quotes tends to rank the clinics in the wrong order.

Is there a foreigner price?

Sometimes.

It is worth naming plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Korean law does not require a clinic to charge foreign patients the same as local patients for elective cosmetic treatment.

Some clinics run a separate foreign price list, occasionally with an interpreter fee folded in without being itemised.

Others charge exactly the same and will show you the Korean price list to prove it.

The way to find out is not to ask “do you have a foreigner price” — the answer to that is always no.

Ask for the price per cc, in writing, before the consultation.

A clinic that puts a number in writing before you are sitting in the chair is telling you something about how it operates.

What do the four days actually look like?

Numbing cream goes on for twenty to thirty minutes first, so budget an hour and a half at the clinic even though the injections themselves take minutes.

You walk out with small raised bumps where each needle went in.

They look like mosquito bites, and they are the reason people are unhappy about the timing rather than the treatment.

Day one and two the bumps are visible.

By day two or three they flatten, and bruising may come up instead — more likely if you had the under-eye area done, which is also the part that hurts most.

By day four to seven the bruising fades.

Flying is completely safe at any point.

Looking presentable is the problem, not safety.

  1. Day 0–1

Small raised bumps where each needle went in. They look like mosquito bites.

  2. Day 2–3

Bumps flatten. Bruising may come up instead, more likely under the eyes.

  3. Day 4–7

Bruising fades. Concealer covers what is left.

  4. Week 3–4

Nothing to hide. This is also when the result people are after turns up.

Fly home on day three and you fly home while it still shows. Flying itself is completely safe at any point — this is about photographs, not health.

Based on what foreign patients report back to us and what Seoul clinics quote as normal. Bruising varies a lot between people, and the under-eye area is the slowest to settle.

If you fly home on day three,

you fly home while it still shows.

The practical version: book the treatment for the first full day of your trip, not the last.

Seoul is an easy city to spend three quiet days in while your face settles.

What should stop you booking it at all?

A salmon or fish allergy.

The active ingredient is PDRN derived from salmon DNA, and this needs to come up before you book rather than in the chair.

Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

No clinic should treat you, and one that offers is showing you exactly how it makes decisions.

An active skin infection or inflamed acne in the treatment area, which should be treated first.

And one more that clinics rarely raise on their own.

If your actual concern is deep wrinkles or sagging, Rejuran will not address it.

That is Ultherapy, Thermage or thread lift territory.

Be wary of a clinic that hears “sagging” and quotes you Rejuran anyway.

Is it genuinely cheaper than doing it at home?

Substantially, yes.

The same Healer session runs roughly $400 to $600 in the United States and £250 to £400 in the UK, against $140 to $190 here.

But run the arithmetic before you treat that as a reason to fly.

Three sessions saved against a US price is around $900 to $1,200 — a flight, and not much else.

Almost nobody flies to Seoul for Rejuran alone.

People combine it with other treatments, or they have it while they are here anyway.

Can you just buy it and take it home?

The skincare line — ampoules, creams, sheet masks — is sold openly at any Olive Young and you can carry it home.

The injectable is a prescription medical device that only a licensed doctor may administer in a clinic.

You cannot buy vials over the counter, and a clinic offering to sell you vials to take with you is operating outside the rules.

That is worth knowing less as a technicality than as a signal about the clinic.

The topical and the injectable are also not the same product in different packaging.

The ampoule delivers PDRN to the skin surface; the injection places it in the dermis, which is where the studied effect happens.

The ampoule is a perfectly good product.

It is not a cheaper version of the treatment.

What the days after actually look like

  1. Day 0–1Small raised bumps where each injection went in. They look like mosquito bites. Redness. You will not want to be photographed.
  2. Day 2–3Bumps flatten. Some bruising may appear, more likely under the eyes.
  3. Day 4–7Bruising fades. Skin starts to look smoother.
  4. Week 3–4The result people are after. This is when you book the next session.

Plan your trip around this. Clinics will book you whenever you ask; they will not reorganise your holiday for you.

Before and after

We do not have rejuran before-and-after photographs yet. When we do, every one will carry the clinic's name, how long after the procedure it was taken, and whether the two photographs were shot under the same lighting. We do not retouch them, and we do not publish a photograph without the patient's written consent.

Sites that show polished results without those details are usually showing you stock or AI-generated images rather than patients. We would rather show you nothing here than that.

Who should not have this

  • You have a salmon or fish allergy. The PDRN is derived from salmon DNA — tell the clinic before, not during.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding. No clinic should treat you; if one offers, leave.
  • You have an active skin infection or inflamed acne in the area. Treat that first.
  • You are on a 3-day trip. The bumps will still be visible when you fly home, and one session on its own does very little.
  • Your main concern is deep wrinkles or sagging. Rejuran will not do that — you want Ultherapy, Thermage, or a thread lift. Be wary of a clinic that sells you Rejuran anyway.

Questions people actually ask

How much is Rejuran in Korea?

$95–$310 per session. Most foreign patients pay $140–$190 for full-face Healer at a Gangnam clinic. See the price table above for what each product costs.

Where can I buy Rejuran in Seoul?

The skincare line — ampoules, creams, masks — is sold at any Olive Young. The injectable is a prescription medical device and can only be administered at a licensed clinic by a doctor. You cannot buy vials over the counter, and a clinic offering to sell you vials to take home is operating outside the rules.

Is the Rejuran ampoule the same as the injection?

No. The topical contains PDRN in a form that sits on the skin. The injectable places it in the dermis, which is where the studied effect happens. The ampoule is a fine product; it is not a substitute.

What is the difference between Rejuran and Rejuran HB?

Healer is the original PDRN formula for texture and repair. HB adds hyaluronic acid for hydration and the glass-skin look. HB Plus is a stronger version of HB.

How many sessions do I need?

Three to four, two to four weeks apart. One session gives very little. If you can only do one on this trip, ask the clinic whether it is worth it for you at all — a straight answer is a good sign.

Is it cheaper in Korea than at home?

Substantially. The same Healer session runs roughly $400–$600 in the US and £250–£400 in the UK. The saving is real but does not cover a flight on its own; people combine it with other treatments to make the trip worthwhile.

Does it hurt?

Moderately. Numbing cream is applied for 20–30 minutes first. The under-eye area is the worst part.

Can I fly right after?

Yes. Flying is safe. Looking presentable is the problem, not safety.
