TREATMENT GUIDE · Face surgery
A Korean rhinoplasty quote is usually a base operation plus add-ons for the tip, a hump, a deviated nose or a short nose. Compare quotes line by line, not by the total. Seoul price: $715–$1,785.
START WITH THE CONCERN
Most people arrive with a product name from social media. The doctors we work with start from the concern instead, and sometimes the answer is a different treatment, or none.

PRICES
List prices from partner clinics, pending their final confirmation. Converted at about ₩1,400 to the dollar. Surgical prices exclude 10% VAT. Since January 2026 foreign patients can no longer claim a VAT refund on cosmetic treatment.
BEFORE AND AFTER
Photographs for this treatment are being added. Each will name the clinic, how long after treatment it was taken, and whether lighting matched.
RECOVERY AND YOUR FLIGHT
General or sedation anaesthesia, chosen with the surgeon. Swelling and packing or a splint. Most people go back to their hotel the same or next day.
Splint and stitches off at a follow-up visit. Bruising fading. Do not book a flight before the surgeon has seen you at this check.
Visible swelling goes down. On a long flight, keep moving, drink water and ask the clinic about clot prevention.
The tip keeps settling. Judge the final shape at about a year, not in the first weeks.
HONESTLY
HOW WE CHOOSE YOUR CLINIC
Seoul has hundreds of clinics selling Rhinoplasty. We work with a short list that meets five conditions, and introduce you to the one or two doctors who fit your concern, your dates and your budget.
We ask every clinic who actually holds the needle. A clinic that hands you to someone else after the consultation does not make our list.
“Premium booster” is not an answer. We only work with clinics that tell you the brand, the volume and the machine before you sit in the chair.
So you can compare two clinics on the same scope rather than two totals that measure different things.
We listen for it in consultations we sit in on. A clinic that agrees to everything is selling, not advising.
A named contact and channel for follow-up questions, agreed before treatment rather than discovered after.
Photo, board, case focus and languages, added once consent is confirmed.

We do not publish a ranking, and placement is not for sale. If a clinic pays us a referral fee, we tell you before you book. Medical decisions stay with your doctor.
HOW IT WORKS
Your concern, what you want to keep, your dates and your budget. No photo required.
From clinics we have already vetted, chosen for your concern and your timeline, not whoever pays most.
Same scope, per unit or per cc, with anything not included listed.
An interpreter in the consultation room, and the option to walk away.
We stay the contact for practical questions. Medical follow-up stays with your doctor.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK
On the list we use, an open rhinoplasty with septal cartilage starts at about $1,790. Tip, hump, deviation or osteotomy work adds about $360 each, and short-nose lengthening or a dermal graft about $710. Prices exclude 10% VAT.
Plan at least until the splint and stitches come off at the follow-up, usually around a week, and let the surgeon clear you before you fly.
Revision adds a surcharge of about $710 to $2,140 or more on top of the base, depending on difficulty, decided after an examination. Revision is harder than a first surgery; ask how many the surgeon does.
It depends on your skin, your nose and what you want. Ask the surgeon why they recommend one, and what the plan is if it needs to come out later.
Filler is temporary and only adds height. Repeated filler can make later surgery harder.
