RECOVERY AND YOUR FLIGHT

What the days after look like

  1. Day 0

    Redness and a faint grid pattern. Mild warmth for a few hours.

  2. Day 1–3

    Tiny dots may darken and flake. Keep skin moisturised and use sunscreen.

  3. Week 1–4

    Texture smooths gradually. Darker skin should watch for temporary darkening and keep up sunscreen.

    We ask every clinic who actually holds the needle. A clinic that hands you to someone else after the consultation does not make our list.

    Product, device and dose are named

    “Premium booster” is not an answer. We only work with clinics that tell you the brand, the volume and the machine before you sit in the chair.

  3. 03

    A written quote, per unit or per cc

    So you can compare two clinics on the same scope rather than two totals that measure different things.

    A doctor willing to say “not this”

    We listen for it in consultations we sit in on. A clinic that agrees to everything is selling, not advising.

    Someone to contact after you fly home

Pico Fraxel: the short answers

How much is Pico Fraxel in Korea?

Around $55 for the cheeks only and $105–$145 for a full face per session. Courses are priced separately.

Is one session worth it?

You may see slightly smoother skin, but pores and texture usually need three or more sessions.

How is it different from pico toning?

Toning is gentle and targets overall tone with almost no marks. Fraxel works in dots at higher energy for texture, so it leaves a few days of redness.

When in my trip should I do it?

Early, so the redness and flaking settle before you fly home.
